1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their cleats within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need them faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Cleats must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your foot and comparing with our guide. Soccer cleats should fit snugly (not too tight). If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up half a size.
6. What types of cleats do you sell?
We offer cleats for different surfaces:
- FG (Firm Ground) – Natural grass
- TF / Turf – Artificial turf
- SG (Soft Ground) – Wet or muddy fields
- Indoor – Futsal and indoor courts
7. Are the cleats true to size?
Most models run true to size, but fit can vary slightly by brand and style. Please check the “Fit” description on each product page.
8. What materials are your soccer cleats made from?
We use premium materials including synthetic leather, kangaroo leather (on select models), breathable mesh, and durable TPU outsoles for excellent traction and comfort.
9. Are the cleats suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer quality cleats for all levels — from entry-level to advanced players.
10. How do I break in new cleats?
Wear them for short sessions at first. Many modern cleats require minimal break-in time. We recommend wearing them with soccer socks during initial use.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
12. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
13. What if my cleats arrive damaged or wrong size?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
14. Are the cleats eligible for warranty?
Yes. Most cleats come with a manufacturer warranty against defects. Details are listed on each product page.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
